- Use your Project Sponsor—provided email address. We cannot accept tickets from email addresses not belonging to the project sponsor.
- Ensure the subject line does not contain “RE:”, “FW:”, or “FWD:”
- Please include as much information as you can about your request:
- Username.
- Project name.
- Machine hostnames.
- Database names.
- Complete error messages or path to saved error output.
- Detailed information about the problem as well as the steps to reproduce the issue.
